Hubby and I are home from a wonderful vacation to Arizona.  We took the (slow) train to the Grand Canyon and after a bus tour, we spent the night in the lodge up on the rim.  The Grand Canyon is beautiful but looking down…umm…let’s just say it was not good for my fear of heights.  The lack of fences around the viewing areas and the fact that parents weren’t holding their young children’s hands, gave me a good bit of anxiety.  It’s a very “touristy” place and visiting is marked off of our bucket-list now.  Once in our lodge, we relaxed out on our patio and enjoyed watching a young family laying out a “fort” with sticks and pine cones.  It was good to remember (with a bit of nostalgia) our own camping days with our now grown children.

We drove on to Phoenix where my husband dropped me off for Fun Stampers Journey Convention.  He then drove to Flagstaff where he spent a few days visiting our eldest son.  Now MY real fun and excitement began!  Four glorious days filled with fun, friends, food, and crafting at the beautiful Arizona Grand Resort and Spa.  The food was YUMMY and there were tables filled with delicious choices. I gave myself permission to go wild and eat anything and everything but now home, I am back to a “controlled” eating lifestyle.  It was sure fun while it lasted.  The best part of the entire event though, was the release of our new catalog.  It is 335 pages of gorgeous examples of how to use our existing and new products to make the crafting journey AMAZING!

I learned a ton from all of the classes and demonstrations at Convention.  I am committed to sharing my creations with you and teaching you everything I know in the following months.  Be watching for my Facebook Live video demonstrations on Sundays and Tuesdays.  And I will also be holding monthly Stamp a Stack classes here at my home.  Each month will have a different theme.

The August Stamp-a-Stack theme is All Occasion Cards.  You will create 10 cards from the kits I’ve prepared for you.

  • Birthday (4)
  • Thank You (2)
  • Thinking of You (2)
  • Sympathy cards (2)

We’ll spend the day together creating and enjoying a potluck lunch.  You’ll need to bring is your paper cutter, scissors, and adhesives and a dish to share at lunch.  I am limiting the class to 5 people so that I will have time to give ample individual attention.  Call 541-239-8858 or email if you want to attend.  I am also able to offer this same class at your home for you and 4 of your friends.  I am excited!  Call me now to reserve your space.

Oh…and that catalog I mentioned….let me know if you want one.  It’s worth every penny of the $10 or if you prefer the digital version, view it here free

Happy stamping, friends.  Talk to you soon.
